PPS dust filter bags are the core component of the flue gas dust removal system in waste incineration plants, which efficiently captures dust particles and harmful substances in flue gas, ensuring that the plant meets strict environmental emission standards and the stable operation of incineration equipment. Our PPS dust filter bags are specially designed for the harsh working conditions of waste incineration plants, perfectly adapting to the characteristics of high-temperature flue gas, strong corrosiveness, complex dust composition and large humidity fluctuation in the operation process.
In waste incineration plants, the flue gas generated during the incineration process usually has a temperature of 180-220℃, with instantaneous temperature up to 230℃, and contains a variety of corrosive gases such as HCl and SOx, as well as dust particles with strong viscosity, small particle size and heavy metal content, and harmful substances such as dioxins attached to the dust particles[5]. Our PPS dust filter bags have excellent high-temperature resistance, with a long-term operating temperature of up to 190℃ and a melting point of 285℃, which can withstand the temperature fluctuation of flue gas during the start-up and shutdown of the incinerator without thermal deformation or fiber degradation[4][6].
With strong chemical corrosion resistance, the PPS material can stably resist the erosion of acidic gases such as HCl and SOx in the flue gas, and the PTFE coating treatment further isolates the contact between the base cloth and corrosive substances, effectively avoiding filter bag damage caused by chemical reaction and extending the service life by 30%-50% compared with ordinary filter bags[6]. For the dust with strong viscosity and high humidity in waste incineration plants, the PPS filter bags adopt a surface filtration mechanism, which can intercept dust particles on the surface, prevent dust from embedding into the fiber interior, avoid bag pasting caused by dust caking, and ensure stable filtration efficiency[5].
In actual operation, our PPS dust filter bags can achieve a dust collection efficiency of more than 99.99% for PM2.5 and submicron particles, controlling the dust emission concentration within 5mg/m³, which fully meets the ultra-low emission standards of waste incineration plants. At the same time, it can cooperate with the activated carbon adsorption device to intercept more than 90% of dioxin-containing particles, realizing the synergistic control of dust and dioxins, and effectively reducing environmental pollution[6].
