This high temperature ceramic fiber filter tube is integrally sintered with high-purity alumina and silicon carbide composite ceramic fiber. Different from traditional filter bags and metal filter cartridges, it can withstand flue gas up to 800°C for long-term continuous operation, featuring acid & alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance. It acts as the core filter element for high-temperature flue gas dust removal in hazardous waste incineration, municipal waste incineration, metallurgy, carbon industry and chemical plants. With uniform porous structure, its dust removal efficiency reaches ≥99.9%, which effectively intercepts ultra-fine dust, tar and acid flue gas particles. It eliminates the risk of filter bag burnout and has a far longer service life than PTFE and fiberglass filter bags, compatible with pulse backblowing, reverse air and negative pressure dust collectors.

How to choose between ceramic fiber filter tubes and high-temperature PTFE filter bags?
Choose ceramic filter tube preferentially if flue gas temperature>260℃, with acid corrosion or frequent overtemperature conditions; PTFE filter bag is available for medium-low temperature clean flue gas with limited budget.
Do the filter tubes support customization of non-standard sizes?

Will ceramic filter tubes crack or shatter easily?
