GUANLIN high temperature combination filter bags, 190°C temperature resistance, for cement kiln, steel plant and incinerator flue gas dust collection.
Combination filter bag and cage assemblies for high temperature flue gas in cement kilns, steel plants and incinerators, supplied as a matched set with the correct snap band seat and venturi alignment.
Description
High temperature baghouses are where fit errors hurt most. A bag that does not seat correctly on the tubesheet leaks hot gas around the snap band, and a cage that is slightly out of true rubs the felt until it fails at exactly the hottest point. GUANLIN supplies high temperature bags and their cages as one matched assembly so both problems disappear at the source.
Why Choose GUANLIN High Temperature Combination Sets
- Matched fit at high temperature — bag and cage made to one drawing so thermal expansion does not create leakage paths.
- 190°C continuous / 210°C peak — PPS-grade media for kiln, steel and incinerator flue gas.
- Acid gas resistance — handles SO₂, HCl and alkaline dust chemistry typical of these processes.
- Aligned venturi — the integrated venturi matches the bag throat for efficient pulse induction.
- Burr-free coated cage — protects the felt from abrasion at the hottest, most brittle point.
- One part number — bags, cages and venturis arrive together, simplifying maintenance planning.

Application Scenarios
Cement kiln and preheater towers
Kiln exhaust at 160–190°C with alkaline clinker dust demands both temperature capability and correct fit; the matched set keeps the bag seated through thermal cycling.
Steel making and electric arc furnaces
Furnace hood exhaust carries hot metal oxide fume with sharp temperature swings. A matched bag and cage keeps clearance stable as components expand.
Waste incineration plants
Incinerator gas with HCl and SO₂ at 160–190°C needs acid-resistant media and a reliable seal; the combination set delivers both.
Industrial and biomass boilers
Boiler flue gas with fly ash is a classic high temperature duty where correct bag-to-cage clearance determines service life.
Non-ferrous smelting
Roasting and smelting off-gas with acid and fluoride load is handled by the PPS-grade media in the matched set.
Scheduled shutdown replacement
Counting and ordering one SPU for the complete assembly shortens the critical path during a shutdown.

FAQ
Q1. Why buy the bag and cage as a set?
They are made to one drawing so fit and thermal expansion behaviour match.
Q2. What is the maximum temperature?
190°C continuous, 210°C short-term peak.
Q3. Can you match an existing installation?
Yes, send the drawing or a sample and we produce to suit.
Q4. Is the cage coated?
Stainless or silicone-coated wire to reduce abrasion at high temperature.
Q5. What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ 10 sets, 7–15 days for standard sizes.
