Description
Asphalt plants run their baghouses hot and they run them hard. The bag sees 160–190°C gas carrying fine aggregate dust and oily condensate, cycle after cycle, with cleaning pulses that flex the media millions of times over its life. Aramid needle felt is the established answer because it holds strength at temperature and resists the abrasion that comes with the dust load.
