The application of CNC oil mist filter cartridges in CNC machining processes

CNC oil mist filter cartridges are the core component of the oil mist purification system in CNC machining, which efficiently captures oil mist particles generated during CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding and other processing operations, ensuring that the workshop meets environmental protection standards and the stable operation of CNC equipment. Our CNC oil mist filter cartridges are specially designed for the actual working conditions of CNC machining, perfectly adapting to the characteristics of fine oil mist particles, high viscosity, large emission volume and complex working environment in the machining process.

In CNC machining, a large amount of oil mist is generated when cutting fluid (cutting oil, emulsion) is sprayed onto the cutting area to cool, lubricate and clean the tool and workpiece. The oil mist particles are usually 0.3-10μm in size, which are easy to float in the air, not only polluting the workshop air and equipment surface, but also endangering the physical health of operators (long-term inhalation may cause respiratory diseases) and affecting the precision of CNC equipment components. Our CNC oil mist filter cartridges adopt high-efficiency composite filter material, which can effectively solve these problems.

Made of high-quality glass fiber and polyester fiber composite material, our CNC oil mist filter cartridges have excellent oil-water separation performance and particle interception capacity. The multi-layer filtration structure (pre-filter layer, fine filter layer, adsorption layer) can first intercept large-particle oil mist and impurities, then capture fine oil mist particles, and finally adsorb residual oil vapor, realizing multi-stage purification. The filter material has good oil resistance and wear resistance, which can withstand the erosion of cutting fluid and oil mist for a long time without deformation or damage.

In actual operation, our CNC oil mist filter cartridges can achieve an oil mist collection efficiency of more than 99.8% for fine oil mist particles, controlling the oil mist emission concentration within 0.5mg/m³, which fully meets the environmental protection emission standards for industrial workshops. At the same time, the filtered oil can be recycled and reused, reducing the consumption of cutting fluid by 10%-15%, helping enterprises save production costs.

In addition, the CNC oil mist filter cartridges have a reasonable structural design, which is easy to install and replace, and can be perfectly matched with various types of CNC machine tools (such as CNC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines). The low initial operation resistance (only 500-800Pa) can reduce the load of the purification system fan, save energy consumption, and ensure the stable operation of the CNC machining process without affecting the normal production efficiency. It also avoids oil mist adhering to the CNC equipment's electrical components and guide rails, reducing equipment failure rate and extending the service life of the equipment.
