Polyester needle-punched felt dust collection filter bags from GUANLIN are engineered for continuous 130°C service in pulse-jet, shaking and reverse-air baghouses. Virgin polyester fibre, thermal singeing and calendering, and a spring-steel snap band deliver ≥99.9% dust removal efficiency with low running resistance for woodworking, cement, flour milling and foundry applications.

Installation Guide
Remove the old bag from the cage, inspect the cage for corrosion or burrs, slide the new bag over the cage, seat the snap band fully into the tubesheet, and re-tension the venturi. Always replace damaged cages together with the bags to avoid premature wear.
