Filter cartridge

The cartridge is the heart of the collector, and a clogged or poorly sealed one costs you more than just airflow — it costs line time. Our replacement dust filter cartridges are built around high-loft spunbond polyester, with optional PTFE membrane, anti-static (conductive) yarn, aluminised fire-retardant finish or oleophobic coating, so the media matches the dust instead of fighting it: wood and metal shavings, welding fume, grinding swarf, powder coating, cement and grain dust, all the way to fine explosive or hygroscopic powders. Deep pleats on a sturdy core give you maximum media area in a tight footprint, so pressure stays flat longer and pulses land harder and cleaner; inside-to-out or outside-to-out flow, open/closed top, bolt-hole, wing-nut, flat or gasket seal — we match your existing collector, not the other way round. Standard and made-to-print sizes for cartridge dust collectors, downdraft tables, laser and plasma cutting stations, pharma and food bin vents, silo top filters and central vacuuming systems. PU-potted ends, galvanised or stainless core and end caps, operating to 【120】°C (high-temp glass-fibre grade to 【260】°C), every batch tracked and pulse-clean tested before it ships.
