GUANLIN high temperature filter cartridge, 204°C aramid element for kiln and dryer cartridge collectors.
Aramid pleated cartridges rated 204°C for cartridge collectors on kiln, dryer and furnace side streams where polyester elements embrittle.
Description
Cartridge collectors are usually specified for room temperature duty, so when one is installed on a kiln side stream or a dryer exhaust the standard polyester element fails within weeks. Aramid media brings 204°C capability into the same 325 mm cartridge envelope, so the housing does not have to change.
Why Choose GUANLIN High Temperature Cartridges
- 204°C continuous rating — 240°C short-term peak.
- High abrasion resistance — suited to clinker and oxide dust.
- Low shrinkage — pleat geometry stable through thermal cycling.
- High filtration area — deep pleat pack in a compact housing.
- Direct replacement — fits standard 325 mm cartridge collectors.
- Custom lengths — 600 / 660 / 1000 mm and non-standard.

Application Scenarios
Kiln side streams
Cartridge housings on kiln exhaust at 150–200°C.
Rotary dryers
Sand, gypsum and mineral dryers discharging hot abrasive dust.
Furnace hood extraction
Hot fume with occasional temperature spikes.
Asphalt plant side streams
Dryer exhaust with oily fume and aggregate dust.
Foundry and die casting
Hot metal dust in compact collectors.
Boiler quenched gas
Where gas has been cooled into the 180–200°C band.
