Grid Pattern Anti-Static Polyester Dust Filter Bag CE RoHS Certified Washable for Industrial Pulse Jet Dust Collector System

Our grid antistatic PTFE membrane filter bag adopts polyester needle felt woven with carbon conductive grid fiber, compounded with imported PTFE microporous membrane. The grid conductive structure evenly conducts static electricity, effectively eliminate static accumulation and avoid spark risks for flammable dust. Adopting surface filtration principle, dust cannot penetrate into filter felt interior, ash falls off easily during pulse cleaning, preventing filter bag hardening and blockage. High filtration precision can trap ultra-fine dust below 0.2μm. Excellent chemical resistance against weak acid, weak alkali. Suitable for pulse dust collectors in powder coating, chemical raw material processing, plastic powder recovery and other explosion-proof required working conditions.
