Our blended glass fiber filter bags adopt high-purity glass fiber blended with multi-component high-temperature resistant fibers, breaking the limitations of single glass fiber and ordinary high-temperature filter materials. It supports long-term stable operation at 260℃ and withstands instantaneous high temperature of 280℃, with ultra-low thermal shrinkage and no thermal deformation. The blended composite structure greatly improves toughness and wear resistance compared with pure glass fiber filter bags, avoiding brittle fracture and fiber shedding. It has excellent acid, alkali and oxidation resistance, stably adapting to harsh high-temperature flue gas working conditions such as cement rotary kilns and metallurgical kilns. The dense fiber structure achieves 99.95% high-efficiency interception of 0.3μm ultra-fine dust. Optional PTFE membrane treatment realizes absolute surface filtration with excellent dust release performance, preventing dust embedding and bag clogging. With stable low-resistance operation and super long service life, it is an ideal high-temperature filter material that balances high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and cost performance.

Q2:Pure glass fiber filter bags are too brittle, easy to crack and shed fibers during pulse cleaning, causing serious dust leakage?
