GUANLIN paint mist filter cotton, fibreglass paint arrestor media for spray booth and paint line overspray capture.
Fibreglass paint arrestor media that traps overspray throughout its depth, extending paint booth filter life and protecting exhaust fans and stack emissions.
Description
Paint overspray is sticky, and a surface-loading filter blinds almost immediately. Paint arrestor media is built the opposite way: a loose fibreglass mat that lets the paint penetrate and deposit progressively through its thickness, so the filter holds many times its own weight in overspray before the face closes. That is what makes a booth filter last a full production cycle instead of a single shift.
Why Choose GUANLIN Paint Mist Filter Media
- Depth loading — paint deposits through the mat, giving very high holding capacity.
- Progressive density — coarser on the entry face, finer at the outlet, so capture improves with depth.
- Low face velocity — keeps overspray from bouncing off the media.
- Non-woven fibreglass — dimensionally stable and resistant to most solvent-borne paints.
- Standard pad sizes — fits common booth filter frames.
- Roll and pad formats — cut to your booth geometry.

Application Scenarios
Spray booths
Floor and extract filters capture overspray before the exhaust fan and stack.
Paint lines and coating plants
Depth loading handles high overspray volumes without frequent changes.
Furniture and wood coating
Solvent and water-borne overspray are both arrested.
Automotive refinishing
Booth and prep-station filters protect downstream media and emissions.
Powder coating pre-stage
Acts as a coarse arrestor ahead of cartridge recovery filters.
Industrial coating and finishing
Protects exhaust fans and keeps stack emissions within limits.

FAQ
Q1. Why does depth loading matter?
It holds far more paint before the face closes, so filters last much longer.
Q2. Can it be used with water-borne paints?
Yes, though water-borne overspray may require a different grade — advise us of the paint type.
Q3. What thickness should I use?
50 mm for light overspray, 100 mm for heavy booth duty.
Q4. MOQ and lead time?
50 pcs, 7–15 days.
