GUANLIN aramid Nomex filter cartridge, 204°C high temperature pleated element for cement kiln, asphalt and dryer dust collection.

Aramid pleated cartridges bringing 204°C capability and high abrasion resistance to cartridge collectors on kiln, asphalt and dryer side streams.

Brand:
GUANLIN
Spu:
GL-CART-ARM-204-325
Description

Aramid (Nomex) pleated cartridges bring 204°C capability to cartridge collectors that normally run polyester. Where a cartridge housing sits downstream of a dryer, kiln or furnace and sees gas above 150°C, standard media embrittles and tears; aramid keeps its strength and its pleat geometry through thermal cycling.

Why Choose GUANLIN Aramid Filter Cartridges

  1. 204°C continuous rating — aramid fibre handles 204°C with a 240°C short-term peak.
  2. Excellent abrasion resistance — the highest of the common high-temperature media, suited to clinker and oxide dust.
  3. Low shrinkage — pleat geometry stays stable through thermal cycling, so efficiency does not drift.
  4. Good chemical resistance — handles mild acids and hydrocarbons in dryer and kiln exhaust.
  5. High filtration area — deep pleat pack keeps resistance low in a compact housing.
  6. Standard fit — interchangeable with common cartridge collectors, custom lengths available.

Aramid filter cartridge structure

Application Scenarios

Cement kiln and clinker cooler
Cartridge housings on kiln side streams see 150–200°C with highly abrasive clinker dust; aramid resists the wear that destroys polyester in weeks.

Asphalt mixing plants
Dryer drum exhaust at 180–200°C with oily bitumen fume demands both temperature resistance and hydrocarbon tolerance.

Steel and foundry side streams
Furnace hood and ladle exhaust reach aramid territory where polyester embrittles.

Mineral rotary dryers
Sand, gypsum and mineral dryers discharge at 150–200°C with abrasive dust.

Boiler and incinerator quenched gas
Where the gas has been cooled into the 180–200°C band, aramid is a cost-effective polyester alternative.

Non-ferrous smelting off-gas
Fine oxide fume at elevated temperature suits aramid media.

FAQ

Q1. What is the maximum temperature?
204°C continuous, 240°C short-term peak.

Q2. Is aramid better than PPS here?
For abrasive dust yes; PPS is better where sulphur and moisture dominate.

Q3. Does it shrink at temperature?
Meta-aramid has low shrinkage, keeping pleat geometry stable.

Q4. MOQ and lead time?
10 pcs, 7–15 days.
