Description
Particulate filtration does nothing about smell. Solvents, cooking odours, vehicle exhaust and process VOCs pass straight through a HEPA filter because they are gases, not particles. An activated carbon pleated panel addresses that: the pleat pack carries a high-efficiency particulate layer alongside granular or impregnated carbon, so one stage handles both the dust and the gas phase.
